Metal Fabrication Services
CAD Design
Whether you bring an idea, sketch, even prototype to the table, we will optimize fabrication using CAD design software. Our experts will find the most efficient and cost-effective method of producing your part, as well as ensure that all quality standards are consistently achieved run after run.
Welding
This fabrication process joins materials together using fusion, a lower-temperature technique, and an added filler that is heated then cooled to form a fully solid joint. Welding can be achieved using various energy sources, such as a gas flame, laser, ultrasound and an electric arc.
Finishing Services
Grinding and polishing to painting and powder coating, we offer a full range of finishing services to complete your metal fabrication project. Our goal is to be your end-to-end solution, and we’ll work with you to determine the finishing services needed, whether we produce a part or final product.
Custom Metal Fabrication
Metal fabrication uses manual tools used and state-of-the-art machines to create a wide variety of metal objects and components by bending, cutting and assembling various raw materials, eventually reaching the desired design. We’ll start with a sketch and create anything you want under the sun.
Bending
If you need a product or component such as an electrical enclosure, bending is used to create a channel in sheet metal – typically a V-shape or U-shape. This metal manufacturing process uses a specialized machine press along with pan or box brakes and/or a press brake.
Plate Rolling
When your project calls for full or segmented cylinder or cone shapes, we will roll sheets or plates into the tubular shape you need for nearly any application. Our machines and processes deliver precise and consistent thicknesses, whether you need a pipe, tank, ducting or other component.
Shearing
Also known as die cutting, shearing straight cuts on flat metal stock. Its varieties include blanking where the final product is a piece cut from a larger stock. The reverse is piercing, where we cut and discard a piece to create the final component. Shearing also includes roll slitting and trimming.
Plasma Cutting
Using a high-velocity jet of ionized gas, plasma, this process conducts electricity from the torch of the cutter to the production piece. The plasma then begins to heat and melt the material. This high-velocity ionized gas blows the molten metal away, which cuts material to your specifications.
